Mark serves as the Head of IT & DevOps at EPE Partners, where his leadership is instrumental in ensuring the organization’s technological foundation is both secure and forward-looking. With over 11 years of extensive experience in the IT/ITES field, Mark brings a wealth of expertise in implementing advanced IT solutions, optimizing infrastructure resources, and safeguarding critical systems.
 

A graduate in engineering from Punjab Technical University, Mark has also earned a series of highly respected certifications, including ITIL V3, VCP 5.X, MCITP, and MCSA. These qualifications reflect not only his deep technical knowledge but also his ability to strategically align IT systems with business objectives. His experience spans across multinational corporations such as IBM India and EVRI Norway, where he developed mastery in handling complex IT environments and serving large-scale enterprise customers.
